We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive auto-dialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart or reminders) from GreenElite Wellness via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Text the single keyword command STOP to(tbd) to cancel at any time. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other GreenElite Wellness mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. Terms of Sale

Placing an order for a product means that you are offering to purchase that product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of sales. All purchasers must be at least eighteen (21) years of age and must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to GreenElite Wellness. Placement of an order indicates that you represent and warrant

(1) that all of the information that you provide to GreenElite Wellness are true and accurate;

All orders placed on this Website are subject to

Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which GreenElite Wellness will not be responsible.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this is not an acceptance of our order. No contract is formed until GreenElite Wellness transmits an e-mail confirmation that the goods that you ordered have been shipped to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Errors in product details, descriptions, and prices may occur despite efforts to ensure accuracy. If GreenElite Wellness discovers an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, then GreenElite Wellness will inform you regarding the error, and you will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If GreenElite Wellness is unable to contact you, then GreenElite Wellness will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel the order after you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are in addition to product prices.

(c) Payment

On receipt of your order, GreenElite Wellness will seek authorization for payment from your card issuer. Your card will be debited upon receipt of that authorization, and funds received will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you have ordered for purchase.

(d) Returns and Refunds

All products are sold with a thirty (30) day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within thirty days after your purchase, then GreenElite Wellness will give you a full refund for all returned unopened products at your purchase price.
