CBD Recipes: Energy Boosting Hummus

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • 2 Small Beets
    • ⅓ Cup water used in increments
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • Sea salt for taste
    • 1 12 oz can cooked chickpeas
    • 2 sprigs  fresh dill
    •  3  tablespoon tahini sesame seed paste
    • 4 Doses GreenElite Natural 900 mg CBD Tincture
    • 3  tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
    • ½  cup sliced black olives
    • Dash ground paprika for serving

HERE IS YOUR METHOD:

    1. Boil the beets until tender approximately 15 minutes
    2. Peel the garlic clove and add to a food processor, add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest and approximately half the water then pulse.
    3. Quarter the boiled beets, add to the food processor then pulse until completely smooth.
    4. Add cumin, salt, pepper, and dill And more water to vary thickness as desired.
    5. Blend in the CBD  oil.
    6. Add black olives then hand stir.
    7. Place in an airtight container And keep chilled in refrigerator.
    8. Sprinkle a dash of ground paprika before serving.
