CBD Sautéed Brussel Sprouts

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
    • 1 Tbsp Butter
    • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
    • 3 Droppers of 900mg Natural CBD Oil
    • 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
    • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
    • Salt and Pepper to Taste
    • 2 Droppers of 900mg Natural CBD Oil

HERE IS YOUR METHOD:

    1. Trim the bottom of each brussel sprout and cut in half.
    2. Heat Avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
    3. Add the brussel sprouts, flat side down, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. In a small skillet heat butter on medium heat, add almonds, and cook until light brown and then add CBD oil, stir, remove and set aside. 
    5. Add almond mixture to the brussel sprouts, stir in the parmesan cheese, and you are done!
