CBD Sautéed Brussel Sprouts
HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 Droppers of 900mg Natural CBD Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 Droppers of 900mg Natural CBD Oil
HERE IS YOUR METHOD:
- Trim the bottom of each brussel sprout and cut in half.
- Heat Avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the brussel sprouts, flat side down, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a small skillet heat butter on medium heat, add almonds, and cook until light brown and then add CBD oil, stir, remove and set aside.
- Add almond mixture to the brussel sprouts, stir in the parmesan cheese, and you are done!
