HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2 Cups Plain Yogurt (beaten)
- 4 Dried Red Chilies
- 4 Tablespoons Graham Flour (Ground Chickpeas)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- Half Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
- Half Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 Piece Fresh Ginger (Crushed)
- Sea Salt for Taste
- 4 Fresh Curry Leaves
- 2 Fresh Green Jalapenos (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 2 Doses GreenElite Natural 900 mg CBD Tincture
HERE IS YOUR METHOD:
- Mix together the first 7 ingredients and pour into a sauce pan.
- Cook gently for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Turn the heat to low.
- In a separate small frying pan, heat the avocado oil and fry the remaining spices, garlic, and ginger until the dry chilies turn dark.
- Add the CBD oil to the frying pan.
- Add the curry leaves and fresh cilantro.
- Pour these spices over the yogurt soup and cover the pan. Mix well.
- May be eaten by itself or with naan.
