HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2 Cups Plain Yogurt (beaten)
  • 4 Dried Red Chilies
  • 4 Tablespoons Graham Flour (Ground Chickpeas)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • Half Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • Half Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Piece Fresh Ginger (Crushed)
  • Sea Salt for Taste
  • 4 Fresh Curry Leaves
  • 2 Fresh Green Jalapenos (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 Doses GreenElite Natural 900 mg CBD Tincture

HERE IS YOUR METHOD:

  1. Mix together the first 7 ingredients and pour into a sauce pan.
  2. Cook gently for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Turn the heat to low.
  4. In a separate small frying pan, heat the avocado oil and fry the remaining spices, garlic, and ginger until the dry chilies turn dark.
  5. Add the CBD oil to the frying pan.
  6. Add the curry leaves and fresh cilantro.
  7. Pour these spices over the yogurt soup and cover the pan. Mix well.
  8. May be eaten by itself or with naan.
